A four-point contact ball bearing is a radial single-row angular contact ball bearing, with its raceways designed to support axial loads in two directions. For a given axial load, it can also support a limited radial load (load ratio). The bearing features a separable design, meaning the outer ring with balls and cage assembly can be mounted separately from the two inner ring half-rings.
